Trainee Psychodynamic Psychotherapist

I am a trainee Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, studying for a master's degree accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

My psychodynamic approach means I explore how your past experiences may contribute to present-day challenges. My role is to listen with compassion to your story and help you make sense of what you’re facing in your life, bringing you awareness and the opportunity for change.

I want you to feel comfortable in therapy, so I will work to create a safe, supportive space where you can be heard without judgement. It matters to me that people of all identities feel welcome, and that you feel able to bring all parts of yourself. I have experience working with LGBTQ+, disabled and neurodivergent individuals.

Starting therapy takes courage and it may feel daunting to talk openly about what’s on your mind. The therapeutic relationship is an important part of how change happens, so feeling comfortable and finding the right fit matters.
